Matthew was born in Saskatchewan and attended the University of Saskatchewan for both medical school and residency. Upon finishing residency in 2019, he moved to Kelowna, where he has been practicing family medicine ever since. He has a special interest in minor procedures. The Okanagan lifestyle has suited him well, and he has enjoyed making Kelowna his home.

Pieter was born and raised in South Africa, where he studied medicine at the University of Stellenbosch. He moved to Canada in 2014, working in rural and remote areas of Saskatchewan. In 2020, he relocated to the warmer climate of the Okanagan. When he’s not with his patients, Pieter enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
Family Physician
Stefan grew up in South Africa and attended the University of Pretoria. After getting married, he and his wife decided to move to Canada. Over the past 16 years, he has gained extensive experience in family practice, hospital work, long-term care, and working with First Nations communities. Now, he is embracing life in Kelowna and is looking forward to establishing his family practice at Lilium Medical Clinic.

Family Physician
Originally from South Africa, Louw trained as a doctor at the University of Stellenbosch and made the move to Canada in 2010. Over the past 15 years, Louw has worked as a full-time family physician in Winkler, Manitoba, and brings with him a wealth of experience in family medicine, emergency care, hospitalist care, occupational health, and cardiac rehab. In addition to his clinical work, he has been involved in various leadership roles, including championing physician health and wellness in his community. He's passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and is excited to make a difference in the lives of his new patients here in Kelowna. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping active—whether it’s practicing martial arts jiu jitsu, riding his adventure motorcycle, or hitting the trails for some mountain biking or hiking. He’s also a proud dad of three young kids, and loves spending time with his family and wife (who's also a family doctor) and their two dogs. Dr. Greyling looks forward to building strong, caring relationships with his patients and helping them live healthier, happier lives.
Dr. Johan Vorster
Family Physician
Johan graduated from the University of Pretoria in South-Africa. He was a full time ER physician for 2 years, before relocating to Canada in 2008. He practiced full scope family and emergency medicine in Saskatchewan, before relocating to Kelowna with his wife and 2 sons in 2017. Johan is currently furthering his study in musculoskeletal medicine and illness prevention.
Hayley
Office Manager/Medical Office Assistant
Hayley has been dedicated to healthcare since she was 18, beginning her career as a care aide right out of high school. After welcoming her fourth son, she returned to school to pursue her MOA/Unit Clerk certification, graduating with honors. In 2016, she moved from the Kootenays to Kelowna, where her professional journey continued. She started working as an Administrative Assistant at a family practice and quickly advanced to the role of Medical Office Assistant (MOA). Her hard work and dedication were recognized, and within a year, she was promoted to Head MOA and affectionately became known as the “mini manager”. Known for her friendly, welcoming, and kind nature, Hayley brings warmth and humor to any environment, making her not just a valuable colleague but a joy to work with.
Lauren
Medical Office Assistant
Lauren, a proud Vernon native, spent 15 years in Edmonton before returning to the beautiful Okanagan, where she has been happily settled for almost eight years. She returned to the Okanagan to be closer to her family, including her parents and her two adorable nieces and nephews. A devoted fan of both the Oilers and Canucks, Lauren finds herself in a yearly sports dilemma that keeps her friends entertained. Though often playfully labeled a "cat lady," she currently shares her home with just two feline companions—at least for now! With her vibrant personality and passion for family, Lauren brings a fun and friendly spirit to her professional endeavors.
Sam
Medical Office Assistant
Originally from the Philippines, Sam earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2014. Her career began in the fast-paced world of hospitality, where she worked as a manager at McDonald’s for three years before moving to Canada in 2018. She later worked at Tim Hortons and as an Early Childhood Education Assistant, gaining valuable experience in communication, organization, and care.
Driven by a long-standing interest in healthcare and inspired by her experience as a mother of two, Sam decided to transition into the medical field. She completed her Medical Office Assistant program in June 2025 and fulfilled her practicum at Lilium Medical Clinic. Her professionalism, hard work, and warm demeanor make her an asset to the team.
Administrative Coordinator
Madison has a doctorate degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, focused on program planning and evaluation, and healthcare system navigation for people living with dementia and their care partners. She contributes her expertise by providing behind-the-scenes administrative support to Lilium Medical Clinic. Outside of her professional commitments, Madison is an avid adventurer who enjoys exercising, snowboarding, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
