How do I book an appointment?

Please use our online booking system by visiting the “Book Online” page. The system is easy to use and allows our staff more time to support you with your needs while you are in the clinic. Alternatively, you can phone our clinic, and we will assist you in booking an appointment.

Please note: Our team may make adjustments to your booking if your appointment requires additional time.

Are you accepting new patients?

Currently, we are not accepting new patients. If there is availability in the future, this section of the website will be updated with instructions on how to register for the waitlist.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Our physicians are fully booked every day. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for parking and check-in. If you arrive late and more than half of your scheduled appointment time has passed, the doctor will be unable to see you, and you will need to reschedule.

What if I miss my appointment?

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you miss your appointment without giving this notice, you will need to reschedule for another day.

No-show fees will apply as follows:

  • In-person appointments: $50

  • Phone appointments: $25

  • Consultation appointments: $75

  • Procedure appointments: $120

These fees must be paid before you can book a new appointment.

Due to the high demand for physicians, it is essential that you do not miss your appointment. Missing your appointment takes a valuable spot away from another patient needing care.

Can my doctor help me with more than one issue at my appointment?

We encourage patients to focus on one issue per appointment. If you require help with multiple issues, your physician will help you identify the most pertinent issue(s). If your appointment does not allow enough time for a thorough discussion, they may request that you book an additional appointment to address your remaining concerns.

Is there free parking?

Yes. You can park in any available parking spot in the building’s parking lot.
